Enrollment requirements
for Virtual HS
All incoming 9th graders must have been
retained in the 9th grade (Repeating grade 9) in order to attend
Virtual High School. If a student is under 18 years of age a parent
or legal guardian must enroll the student. Legal guardian need to
provide proof of guardianship.
Parents, before you bring your son / daughter to VHS for enrollment make sure you have the following documentation with you.
Transferring Students
If your son / daughter is transferring from another Cincinnati Public
School (CPS) make sure you bring proof of address, withdrawal form
from previous school, and their transcript.
Out of State or
District Students
If your son / daughter is enrolling from
out of the CPS district or state of Ohio you will need your son /
daughter birth certificate, shot records, proof of residence, guardianship
/ custody papers, IEP if apply to student, and transcript
